**TWFG Expands Southeast Footprint, Acquires Cullman’s Hix Insurance Associates**

**CULLMAN, ALABAMA** – The Woodlands Financial Group (TWFG), a prominent national insurance provider based in The Woodlands, Texas, has officially expanded its presence in the Southeast with the acquisition of Hix Insurance Associates, Inc., a long-standing independent agency in Cullman, Alabama.
