SIAD Americas to Establish New North American Headquarters in The Woodlands, Fueling Growth

**THE WOODLANDS, TX – January 23, 2024** – SIAD Americas, the North American arm of Italian industrial gas giant SIAD Group, is poised for a significant expansion and relocation, establishing its new headquarters in The Woodlands, Texas. The company plans to open a brand-new, 12,525-square-foot office at the Class A 1500 Research Forest Drive building in the first quarter of 2025, consolidating its operations and signaling ambitious growth plans for the region.

This strategic move from its current Spring Cypress Road location in Tomball underscores SIAD Americas’ long-term vision for future growth across North America. The company, which has maintained a presence in the region since 2005, specializes in a diverse range of industrial gases, advanced welding technologies, and tailored solutions for critical sectors including food processing, healthcare, and natural gas processing.

Founded in Italy in 1927, the parent company, SIAD Group, is a global leader with a rich history in the production and supply of industrial and medical gases, as well as engineering and environmental solutions. SIAD Americas plays a crucial role in extending this legacy, providing essential gases like oxygen, nitrogen, argon, and specialty mixtures vital for manufacturing, energy production, medical facilities, and various industrial applications across the continent.

The complex lease negotiations involved prominent real estate firms.
